Refund policy
Effective October 9, 2026
VeloMind Pro is sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice and makes any refund. This policy explains when you get your money back.
1. Try it first
Every new account gets a free Pro trial, without a card. You only pay if you choose to subscribe afterwards.
2. 14 days to change your mind
If you're a consumer, you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of your first payment for any reason, and get a full refund. The same applies to the first payment after switching from monthly to yearly. Ask by replying to your Paddle receipt, at paddle.net, or by writing to [email protected].
3. Renewals and cancelling
Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Profile → Plan and billing; Pro then continues until the end of the period you've paid for and doesn't renew. Renewal payments aren't refunded for the unused part of a period, except where the law requires it or something went wrong on our side.
4. When something went wrong
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or Pro didn't work as described and we couldn't fix it, write to [email protected] and we'll arrange a refund through Paddle. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits the rights consumer law gives you. See also our Terms of Service.
