Terms of Service
Effective October 9, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and the VeloMind operator (“we”) for using VeloMind. By creating an account you accept them and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
VeloMind is a training, recovery and nutrition coach for cyclists. It plans your rides, gives you a daily call based on your recovery, suggests meals and fuelling, reviews your week, and can connect to services such as intervals.icu and Strava. Parts of it are generated by AI. We keep improving VeloMind, so features may change, be added or be removed.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old. You need an account, and you agree to give accurate details (especially your weight, FTP and health information, which your plans depend on), keep your password to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed your account. One account per person.
3. Not medical advice
VeloMind gives general training and nutrition guidance. It is not a doctor, dietitian or medical device, and it doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing a training programme, especially if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, an eating disorder, are pregnant, or are recovering from illness or injury. Stop and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, faintness, unusual breathlessness or anything else that worries you; don't wait for the app. Check meal suggestions against your own allergies and intolerances. Cycling has risks, indoors and out: you decide whether and how to ride, follow traffic rules, and ride within your limits.
4. AI-generated content
Plans, recovery calls, meal plans, reports and coach answers are produced by software, including AI models, from the data you give it. They can be incomplete or wrong. Use your own judgement and treat them as suggestions. To keep the service fair and affordable, AI use is limited per account; when a limit is reached, VeloMind falls back to rule-based plans or asks you to try later.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or anyone else's rights using VeloMind;
- try to get into other accounts or our systems, test them for vulnerabilities without our permission, or disrupt them;
- use bots or scripts to run AI features repeatedly, scrape the service, or get around usage limits;
- resell or give others access to your account, or copy VeloMind to build a competing service;
- upload malware or content that isn't yours to share.
6. Your content and data
Your rides, notes and other data stay yours. You let us use them only to run VeloMind for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. VeloMind's software, design, name and logo belong to us.
7. Other services
When you connect intervals.icu, Strava or Google, their own terms apply to them. We aren't responsible for those services, and we may stop an integration if the provider changes or ends it. You can disconnect them at any time.
8. Free and Pro
VeloMind is free to use. VeloMind Pro adds the AI features (the AI planner, coach, meal plans and weekly review) for the price shown on our pricing page, monthly or yearly, VAT included. New accounts get a free Pro trial; when it ends without a subscription, the AI features stop and everything else stays free.
Pro is sold by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our online reseller and merchant of record, under its buyer terms. Paddle takes the payment and handles invoices, VAT and refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time in your profile; Pro then lasts until the end of the period you've paid for. You can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund; see our Refund policy. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
9. Availability
We work to keep VeloMind running and your data safe, but provide it “as is”, without a guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or suit your needs. Keep your own copies of anything important.
10. Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury, illness or damage that results from training, eating or riding based on VeloMind's suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that can't be limited by law. If you're a consumer, you keep all the rights consumer law gives you.
11. Ending your account
You can stop using VeloMind at any time and delete your account yourself in Profile → Your data, or ask us at [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or limit its AI use, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it. If we shut VeloMind down, we'll give you notice first.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll tell you at least 14 days ahead by email or in the app, and may ask you to accept them again; we record which version you accepted. If you don't agree, you can close your account.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, and the courts of Slovenia have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in another EU country, you also keep the protection of your own country's mandatory law and can bring proceedings there.
